Napa Valley childcare rates

There is a four hour minimum requirement for each job. 

In order to guarantee your reservation, I will need to charge the minimum to your card. (I put it through while on the phone with you which takes just a few minutes) All credit cards accepted.


  • Rates charged in 15 minute increments
  • Overtime for jobs over 8 hours



Base Rate per hour:

(Infants and toddlers may affect final rate)

One infant or child  $18

Two children           $19 

Three children        $22

Shared services between 2 or more families - between $8 and $12 per hr. Call for exact rates.        

  • Infants must be at least 6 months old. 


Fees: (No Agency or booking fees)

Travel fee -  $5 to Yountville;  $10 - American Canyon and Carneros area              $15 - St. Helena, Calistoga and Sonoma.

Napa - no travel fee


Number of children:

  • Maximum 3 children total
  • 4 school-age children considered  - please call with details


Cancellation Policy:

  • A two day notice is required to receive the 4 hour minimum refunded to your card, otherwise it stays charged.
  • Four days required for most holidays.  


Emergencies and serious illness can occur

If you're child get's very ill, and you prefer to stay and cancel childcare appointment, you will receive a 50% refund. 



Holiday dates/rates Spring/Summer 2012:

Additional $5.00/hr - call for exact rate

Tuesday 2/14 - Valentine's Day

Sunday 5/13 -  Mother's Day

Sunday 5/27 and Monday 28th - Memorial Day

Wednesday 7/4 - Fourth of July

Saturday - Monday  9/1- 9/3 - Labor Day weekend
